Our pricing is based on the value and the professional experience we provide. Our pricing structure is as follows:
Monthly retainers are some of our most popular options, because it allows flexibility with the services provided while working within a block of time. This also ensures that we reserve the time to meet your needs.
We offer retainer hours from a minimum of 12 to a max of 30 hours. Our packages start at $750 per month (based on 30 hours at $25 per hour). A minimum three month contract is required for monthly retainers and packages are non-refundable and do not carry over month to month.
For clients who are not seeking monthly services we do offer hourly rates; this method is more expensive and limited to availability. New clients are given a special offer to allow them to try our services at a more reasonable price.
Hourly support requires a minimum of two (2) hours and are billed in 30 minute increments. Availability cannot be guaranteed on hourly rates.
- Administrative services – $50 per hour
- Website, Graphic Design and Marketing services – $70 per hour
- Human Resource Services – $90 per hour
- IT services -$100 per hour
INTRODUCTORY OFFER FOR NEW CLIENTS
We offer an introductory rate because we understand that determining your administrative needs can be difficult and that there is a learning curve when working with a new business partner.
Our introductory rate for new customers is $30 per hour. This rate is only good for a 30 day trial period.
Refer a new client and we will give you 15% off on your next invoice. Discounts are assessed when the new client is invoiced.
