Q: Why choose Elite Printing Design and Planning?

Q: Do I need to live in the Jackson Metropolitan area for us to work together?

A: Not at all — we work with clients nationwide.

Q: What is the best way to contact you?

A: E-mail is the quickest and best way to reach us with questions or concerns anytime. If you would like to schedule a meeting in person or via phone or online, send us an e-mail first and we’ll set up a time.

Q: How long will my project take?

A: It depends how many projects you need (logo, website, etc.) and when you decide to start the process. Once you sign a contract, we will set a tentative timeline, including the estimated time of completion.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: On printing jobs payment is due in full at the time your job is submitted. On all other projects (i.e. website) a deposit is required.

Q: How about the cost of web maintenance?

A: Elite Printing Design and Planning bills monthly for web maintenance at the end of every month. Our hourly rate is $60/hr. If you don’t have any changes that month, then you will not receive a bill.

Q: What is your turnaround time on projects?

A: Turnaround time is the time it takes Elite Printing to produce your order after you submit it. This doesn’t include delivery time once it leaves our production facility. Make sure to account for delivery times when you place your order.

If you are in the Metro Jackson area and place your print-ready order before 12 noon Central Time, Monday – Friday, it will be ready by the close of business on the same day. If your order is placed after 12 Noon CST, your order will be ready the next business day. Rush jobs are available for an additional charge.

The standard turnaround time for most graphic design jobs is 3 business days. This is subject to variables such as workload and number of revisions. Rush Design (24 HR) is available for an additional charge.
